The centre benefits being located near to St Peters Retail Park which encompasses retailers such as Greggs, Costa, T K Maxx, Next, Boots amongst others.
Mansfield is an historic market town and has one of the largest open-air markets in the UK. Around £60m has been invested in the town in recent years, which has led to the creation of two new retail parks, a redeveloped football stadium, a revamped park and new leisure facilities. It has a thriving day and night-time economy with a catchment area of around 350,000 people. There are excellent transport links with Mansfield Train Station and the newly refurbished bus link located only a stone’s throw away. Road links are also good with easy access to major cities, via the nearby M1 motorway.
