What hours can I access the business centre?

Our centres benefit from 24 hours access if you’re a client of ours. If you’d like to take advantage of meeting rooms and facilities, our centres are available from 8am – 6pm.

I’m interested in viewing an office, what’s the process?

We’re delighted you may be interested in viewing one of our offices. Please contact us to either request a call back or call us directly and we can arrange a mutually convenient time to show you our offices.

Do you offer free parking?

This depends on the location. The majority of our locations have dedicated, on-site car parking facilities and we are delighted that some of these are available to use at no additional cost. However, to ensure fair usage on sites where parking is limited, there may be additional parking charges. What are the different types of workspace we offer?

We offer a variety of workspace including; meeting rooms, virtual offices, hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, private suites, studio space and bespoke workspace.

How long do I have to commit for and do you offer any incentives for a longer commitment?

For virtual offices, the contract is monthly rolling. We only require weekly contracts for hot desks and dedicated desks, whilst private offices can be taken with either 3, 6, 9 or 12 months upfront commitment. Lower fees can be quoted for longer commitments. Private suites and studio space require a minimum of 12 months commitment and leasing options are also available for these offices which can unlock further fee savings.

Are utilities included?

Gas, water and electric are typically included with meeting room hire, shared workspace and private offices. When quoting, we will always make clear what is included.

What payments methods do you offer and when is payment due?

The preferred payment method is to collect via Direct Debit. Payment of your deposit and the first months/weeks fee is collected in advance. Subsequent reccurring payments are collected on the 1st of every month.

How do I connect to Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi login details are provided to you should internet be included within your service agreement.
