To the rear of the centre, there are two Suites available which incorporate dedicated WC and kitchenette facilities which may be ideal for standard office or other such ancillary use.
Externally, there is an abundance of on-site car parking available at no extra charge.

Carlton is situated only 2.5 miles from Nottingham City Centre and access is via Carlton Road (B686). It is underpinned by a strong community with an abundance of independent and national retailers within walking distance.
