At Charterspace, we do not offer 24/7 access as standard. This helps us manage the facility safely, maintain security and make sure access is controlled for all customers.
However, we understand that some customers may occasionally need access outside normal hours. Extended hours or 24/7 access may be available on an individual basis, subject to approval by the store manager. Where agreed, an additional charge may apply.
Access outside standard hours is considered carefully for security, technical and safety reasons, including site monitoring, building systems and the protection of other customers’ goods. If flexible access is important to you, speak to our team before booking and we’ll let you know what may be possible.
